This painting is about the invisible emotional energy people carry inside themselves every day.

I  was interested in the idea that energy is never only physical. It exists in gestures, memories, attraction, anxiety, silence, emotional tension, intuition, desire, exhaustion, and even in the way people enter a room. At some point I began observing emotions almost like different frequencies moving through the body.

The fragmented forms inside this work resemble emotional states rather than stable identities. Some parts feel playful and open, while others appear disconnected, overstimulated, or emotionally hidden. I wanted the composition to feel alive and constantly shifting, almost as if the painting itself could not remain emotionally still.

For me, this work became an attempt to visualize inner energy in its many forms.Not as something mystical, but as something deeply human and psychological.

The bright colors create movement and intensity, while the layered composition reflects how multiple emotional realities can exist inside one person at the same time. Strength and vulnerability. Desire and fear. Sensitivity and self protection.

This painting is also connected to my personal interest in meditation, emotional awareness, and the observation of inner states. During this period I became deeply interested in how thoughts, habits, attention, and emotional rituals influence the atmosphere we create around ourselves. Over time these ideas naturally entered my artistic language.

“20 Examples of Energy” is not about explaining emotion logically.It is about allowing emotion to exist visually, instinctively, and without hierarchy.
