A place where people came not only to dance, but to temporarily become somebody else. Someone brighter, freer, more desired, more untouchable.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe figure inside this work feels theatrical and emotionally fragmented at the same time. She appears to exist between celebration and exhaustion, between seduction and emotional detachment.
